Use plenty of vaseline on the nozzle to keep them from getting clogged and you'll have no problems. The stuff just works exactly as you would hope....it fills the cavity and creates a vapor barrier while also providing more R-value than any other type of insulation. Quick cure is great for downstairs ceilings, especially if there are ducts, plumbing or wiring in place. Several thin coats are better than one heavy. I had a bad experience with another brand not mixing well. No such problems here. Delivery was several day faster than expected. Great product. Thanks!

The product worked exactly as advertised and I'm happy with the result. Just a tip: Don't squeeze the trigger all of the way, only squeeze it part way and it will work better.

This insulation works great if the tanks discharge at the same rate. One kit worked perfectly but a second kit (starting with a new gun) did not work at all. If the tanks don't discharge equally, the foam does not correctly expand or set and you get a big expensive mess on your hands. There is no flow/pressure calibration procedure described in the instructions. If the tanks get unbalanced you are left guessing how to fix the problem, and in my case, i never could get the second kit to work right. I cleaned the applicator as instructed, made sure both tanks were at the same temperature, and opened both valves all the way - that didn't work. So i weighed each of the containers to figure out which one has lost the most weight. I then tied turning down the valve on the tank with the greater volume, but i think the volume difference was so far apart at that point that there was no way to fix it or maybe i did the math wrong and used the wrong densities. All of the two-component spray kits are vulnerable to this problem, but some of the other brands have a calibration procedure that is done at the outset to ensure a more accurate mixture.

Had some trouble with one of the hoses for one of the tanks. Great customer service and the foam when on fairly easily for a novice.
