Good quality for the price!
Installation was really easy. Just peel and stick. I did start in the center of the room like it said, but honestly I'll probably just start at a corner next time and work my way out. I used kitchen scissors to cut them and they cut so easily. I do recommend getting some floor adhesive of your own to add because they do shift and the ends start to come up here and there. But not bad at all! They were on sale when I got them so it cost about $150 to cover 146 sq ft. They are thicker and sturdier than I expected by far. I've had to move some heavy furniture around and while they do still shift, they have no scratches or breaks or anything in them. So far so good! I probably wouldn't use them in a high traffic or humid place like living room or kitchen, but they work really well in the bedroom.

Easy to cut
If our floor was less rough this probably would have adhered better, but the glue isn't that great on the product. We had to supplement with liquid nails glue. However, it was easy to lay down and cut, and a blessing in the mobile home we prepared for sale. It looked nice when finished. It was a blessing overall as I was able to install it with a razor type cutter.

Love My Floors!!!
Installed floors two weeks ago. My kitchen/dining room looks Amazing! These floors gave it a nice upgrade. Before they came, I THOROUGHLY cleaned my floors. I'm talking sweeped, mopped, mopped again, got on hands & knees & cleaned, etc. I wanted to make sure they were properly cleaned & would stick. This was the most work I did thought the whole project. They arrived on time through regular US mail. I took them out of the boxes and did a dry fit of the area. I mixed floor planks with different floor planks from different boxes to give it a mixed look (it was reccomended from someone who does floors professionally). Afterwards, I allowed the floor planks to acclimate to my home. It's recommended that this is done for 24hrs with no AC or heat on. I just laid them one by one on the floor in a area that didn't have a lot of traffic.I started in the middle of floor. I didn't measure the middle, I just eyed it (see pic). It was a breeze. I would start a row by laying one flesh to the wall, then 8" 16", 24" & repeat. Then I would go back & cut the needed pcs. to fill in. It was very easy to cut. I used a box cutter & sometimes even scissors for cuts that required a precise cuts, which was usually at corners. They stuck good & allowed for pull if I made a mistake. In high traffic areas i.e. in front of refrigerator, in front of sink, I used glue to secure it down. After I started, I ended up having to order 4 more boxes. That also arrived on time, via US mail. However the new order came in different packaging. It looked the same but, the ahesive on these ones were A LOT stronger.Recommendation: if you start a row, complete the row all the way (cuts & all) before starting a new row. I didn't do this as I would start a row & stop in the middle, start another row & stop in the middle (I did this for the entire room). However when I went to lay the other half down, I found myself having to lift pieces up in order to lay the next piece down FOR THE ENTIRE ROOM. Luckily it worked out. But if I did another space in the future I would do that part differently.Anyways, it took me 1 day to complete the area with the help of my teenage son. This was our first major home upgrade project & it came out beautiful!!! It does not look like cheap floors as it upgrades the look of the home. Only 1 or two looked like they were bulging however, I stuck something heavy on top of them & had no issues afterwards. If I see them pop up again, I'll put a little glue on the back. Plan to buy more for bathrooms.

Budget friendly!
I provided a before and after so you can see the flooring I started with. Overall this was an easy project! I read all the reviews and took the advice. I cleaned the floors, final wipe was with rubbing alcohol. After that, each plank I sprayed thoroughly with an adhesive. Worked great. I used scissors that worked perfectly for the job. So far it’s been a week and no lifting. Very happy with this!

Easy
I paid the price, it was cheap and it was a quick temporary fix until I invest in carpet for my stairs I just wanted to cover the unsightly look. Though I would like to know we can't order more than 3 per customer?

Didn't Stick Well
It didn't stick very well to the other vinyl surface I was trying to create a pattern upon.

Not the best quality and edges will come up
Okay there is something you probably should know before buying. There are two qualities in Achim's floor tiles. There is a better quality that is thicker, more flexible, easier to work with and sticks better. They are more expensive but so worth it. This particular line is not the better quality line. It is thinner and not as easy to work with. It also does not have as good an adhesive. When I say thickness I am not referring to the width and length, but the actual thickness of the planks. These are stiff and very thin. I used the more expensive on my living and dining room and it went down easy and it was more cushiony. You can even feel the difference when you walk on it and it has a bit of a texture to make it look more like wood. I used this in one of the bedrooms and though it was easy to install it didn't bend or flex and the corners came up on all of them I had to go back several times with more liquid nails. It seems to have finally worked but I wish I knew there would be such a difference in quality before I bought them. Look at the descriptions and if you decide to buy make sure you get the ones that say 2.0 mm thick (The ones I used were Achim Tivoli II) These planks are 1.2 mm thick. It may not seem like much but it definitely makes a difference.
