Best things invented to build muscle.I have been using these for 1 year and now have all of them from grey to the orange. My forarms and biceps are getting huge and also my strength both in my arms and forarms are geeting insane.In fact I use mostly the orange grips now with my ezy bar. I use them now with my resistance bands too as also my dumbells and olympic bar and ezy bar. Best investment out there. I am 54 years old and still building muscle but remember use these fat grips every set and keep them on your equipment. Never put them aside and let the gains grow everyday while using them.
