Budget Friendly! Customers look no further
So let's start this review off by saying this is a product meant for someone with a budget and wanting more Bang for their Buck. First off, the light is quite impressive looking and carries weight to it when in hands. The body extends from its original position to narrow the light for a more sharper and accurate use of the light source, as well as retracting for a more wider light source. Secondly, it can be fitted to most handlebars for a night ride or early morning ride. It does fit well and can be tightened, but it seems to rotate up and down when slightly pushed or bumped (which can be annoying for someone biking on pitch black roads). Overall, the light does its job by giving off a pretty good light source and giving an adequate amount of power for being cheap and budget friendly. Now the back light is nothing special and can be disregarded as being a basic red light. It has 3 modes to the way it flickers and blinks. It's not the best red light for the back but it holds up well 'till it's replaced for something more powerful and brighter. I would recommend this item for someone on a budget and not looking to spend over 30$ for most top brand bike light sets. In addition, the battery life for both are not bad at all. The main light lasts 4-6+ hours, depending on usage or quality of battery used. The same is true for the back light.

Just okay
After purchasing this item with no review, I'm ambivalent about that item.On the bright side, this is a really powerful bike light. The light is really bright, thanks to the XML T6 LED. The telescopic head allows you to concentrate the light if the need arises. There's 3 modes : bright, super bright and blinking. The only way to change mode is to click the on/off button. Therefore, you have to cycle through all of the modes before finding the one you are looking for. I do not see the point of the blinking light. The light can also be used as a torch light. On the dark side, the light comes with no battery. You need to use 3 AAA batteries, and I would recommend getting some rechargeables ones seeing how powerful the light is; I do not see the battery lasting more than a few night trips. The bike attachment is really the weakest part. The round part that attaches to the bike is extremely large ( even for an adult mountain bike ), and the 2 rubber rings provided do no allow it to be fastened tight enough. The light itself is heavier in the front and I had to add an extra rubber ring to really secure it and to prevent it to tilt down after a bump. The good :-Super bright-Nice packaging-Telescopic head to really shine the way you want itThe bad :-The attachment that could use and extra rubber ring-No battery-The instruction manual asking you to review the lamp in 6 different languages

slight touch button should have known
got it put it on, very easy to install. rode my bike and well... even the slightest bump would change the mode on the flashlight. using a slight touch button on something that is going to be used on a bike is not a good idea. the light was strong up close but the length of the bean was only like 30 ft or so and when cars drove by the light was flooded out but I could still not see leaving me in darkness. also this light is used by like 5-6 other light kits so if you see it don't get those either. furthermore I had a hard time getting the rear light to turn on. it said it comes with batteries so I opened it up and there was a piece of paper between the batteries (which helps to preserve the battery life during storage) they could have said you have to remove it... now returning it and if I want my money back on my card (and not as a credit on amazon) I have to allow up to 7 days AFTER they receive the light back. one star for easy install and one for build quality the only issue I really have with it the light touch button to change modes which is a huge flaw for a bike light... not that this company made the light as I said this light is used in many bike light kits

Nice little headlight
Nice little headlight. The only problem is it is difficult to attach to the handle bars securely. I tightened the clamping bolt up as far as I dared without snapping the bolt. And it is still a bit loose. If you buy this you may have to source out another clamp depending on the diameter of your handle bars. I will see when I hit a few bumps in the road. Otherwise it is a great deal for the price. The little blinking taillight is cool. I installed mine around the reflector on my bike rack. Fits like a glove. I would recommend it, despite some issues.

Decent lights very bright
I love this light! I ordered two to use as a headlight for my motorized bicycle and the vibrations did not cause issues with the mounts at all. Light is very bright. I rated down one star because one of the lights had a tight hold on the telescopic part and the other was real loose. Also the plastic pieces on the looser light had extra plastic but overall I am pleased with these lights.

Wonderful Illumination, but Needs Frequent Re-adjustment.
This is a really bright, really useful light. It's pretty heavy, though, which means I can't get it to stay up. I've tried several things, but the light still falls forward every fifteen minutes or so. I even wrapped electrical tape around my handlebars, building it up about a quarter of an inch to make it tighter, but to no avail. It's not a huge issue that I have to frequently readjust the light, but I feel like I shouldn't have to. The actual function of the light (illumination), however, is pretty darn good.

Well built and very bright light set at an affordable price.
It works so well and is very well made. The light from both lights is very bright. The front light adjusts easily by sliding the front housing front to back. The LED is square so when you focus to a point, the light seen goes from a wide circle to a focused square. As stated in the description, the front light has a solid beam, then push the button again and the light dim, again and it will flash. With the attached lanyard, it becomes a bit difficult to remove and install the light into the harness/holder on the bike's handle bars. The red LED is small but effective and has 3 flashing modes.
