Pioneer Cider Press & Grinder by Happy Valley

Pictures with assembly instructions would have been helpful as well as there was no Allen wrench included as described. What are the two left-over screws for?. Pre-finishing the bare wood would also have been a great help, that was a mess and I doubt if I got all the bare surfaces covered.

The press was fine. I have a more expensive version of this unit, but the crusher looks the same. Mine is very wasteful of apples and only yields about half of what I should get. The crusher has flat combs that are supposed to work better than older methods, but they evidently don't. There is a half inch gap between the wheel and the casting. I have tried contacting them several times and someone always says they will call or text back, but they don't. I like the design, but how can I get it working? Very frustrated and not so happy with Happy Valley Ranch. I tried to review on Happy Valley Ranch's web site and did, but once I completed the form, a warning flashed that said all reviews were subject to editing, which means no one may ever see a bad review. I am not sure I trust this company.
