Well-made and affordable. I got three of them - one for the house, one for work, one for the car. They are surprisingly hefty, and it takes a little effort to collapse the thing, but I don't consider that an issue. The button will expand the umbrella and will release it when open to let you close it again.Even the sleeve is nice. Fits well and has a zipper for ease of use.

I bought the umbrella on February 10th. Today is April 6th and the umbrella is already broken. A couple of times it inverted in the wind (New England storms I guess...?) and that must have damaged the frame. Not sure. But another I noticed is that the shaft was also slightly bent when I was trying to control it in the wind. Very poor design. Not sure if it was just this piece or region specific (like I said, I might be living a very windy area). $$ down the drain :(

The umbrella looks nice. But that's about it. After 1 use, I have to push up very hard to open and close umbrella. The auto does not work anymore. Any sort of wind, even light, it will fold up. Waste of money.

Bought more than one for my family but a few of them were a bit shaky and not as sturdy.

The wind turned it inside out the first time I used it going to the court house for jury duty. Downtown Indianapolis! Did not meet the expectations given in the description,

I was looking for an umbrella because no I travel a lot and needed something I can put in my briefcase or backpack, but not too tiny that it's functionality is somewhat futile or less versatile. This umbrella is the perfect size. Big enough for two people and small enough to put in a back pack or briefcase. Feels sturdy and has a nice grip.I'll be honest I was very skeptical of the reviews from people who got it at a "discounted" price. Overall, I'm impressed.

Like the quick automatic opening, the quick closing before telescoping it to travel size. Also, the price is very good for its features. I've seen other travel umbrellas for a higher price without the features of the Lotusblume. I keep this umbrella in my car for shopping. Recently lost an umbrella that I'd had for many years. At the price, can see easily buying replacements when lost or additionals, if needed.

At such a low price, I purchased 3. The first one fell apart after one use. I have not used the others.
