Very pleased--but can find it locally cheaper.....
This will probably be my one and only purchase of this here---a local megastore has turmeric: 250 for less than $12. After doing a whole lot of research on taking turmeric, I was under the impression that I had to get it with black pepper extract in it for maximum benefit. A nutritionist, though, told me that if you use regular black pepper in your food, that's plenty. These caps are slightly higher per cap (650 vs 500mg) but, that's not enough to get me to pay so much more. Turmeric has performed miracles around this household--if it's a placebo effect, we will take it! One of us had his sciatica eased completely; I take it for restless legs and cramps before bed. The pain in my thumb joints is gone and we're both able to go about our lives like we did before we developed our various pains. This is a high-quality product, I'm sure--no per-capsule potency is listed on the front of the jar. That's often a misnomer anyway, since it can say 1300mg on the front, then you find out that's if you take two or three. I am very pleased with this product---but, since I am a miser, I will go back to buying locally. Great service--no complaints!

It's a help!
Since I now need to take blood pressure meds, I had to stop with the Advil and Aleve. A friend recommended I try Tumeric Curcumin for my arthritis pain. It seems to be helping, but not quite as much as Advil did. I just will have to deal with it!!

Best brans of turmeric with black pepper that I have tried. It does help with my joint pain and I will continue to use it. I have not experienced any side effects with this supplement.
