Try these suggestions out and see how they come out. I would still lightly spray the cups with spray oil. And do not let cooked eggs sit in the cups when done. Gently, very gently remove and serve them. Try this. You may need to adjust a minute one way or the other, but this should be a good starting point and guideline.
