Phew... was I ever happy to find this on Amazon. Because of a food restriction (FODMAP) I am not eating any parts of garlic. But this is fine and doesn't give me an GI issues. Thanks for a great product. Donna in FL

Rich, great taste!
I love truffles and this is as close as I get to get the taste without spending a lot of money. Much better than plain olive oil. Was glad to find it on Amazon.

True lemon flavor
This adds a mild touch of lemon flavor especially on grilled or steamed vegetables. It's especially nice if I'm also serving fish and the oil from the vegetables also flavors the fish.
