Ltd Coniston Bird Bath (Model: KCONBB)

This is really a nice size for our garden. We did put it ( just the bowl part) up on top of a piece of pottery to elevate it and it looks great. Added a solar water fountain and we now have an instant water feature. It looks like stonewear, but is light plastic. Easy to wash out.

Subdued color, glossy finish in the bowl is nice for cleaning. I chose this bird bath because it held more water than others. Satisfied customer.. The photo was taken before it is was leveled.

It's low enough for chipmunks and squirrels to use. I like the fact that it is sturdy but not so heavy that I can't move it around. Perfect for me.

Arrived broken, which I understand can happen but the shipping box was in perfect condition and the broken off piece was missing. In the pics this looks like ceramic or something heavier. It actually is a relatively thin hard plastic. I would not recommend this product.

I love the look of this bird bath, but the item needs some work. The bowl is meant to attach snugly to the stand, but no reasonable amount of pushing, pounding, or twisting would get it to fit. In fact, the basin has groves and looks to twist on a base (think peanut butter jar), but the base I received had no such pairing grooves. I ended up using a metal rasp to shave large amounts of the base width off, reducing it enough that the basin would attach. I did everything short of using a sledgehammer to attach the two parts. I would recommend the manufacturer use a larger shipping box and send the bird bath assembled.

Redid our front flowerbed and used this as a focal point adding in a solar fountain. The birds, squirrels and the bees love it! Sturdy and attractive. Highly recommend.

I almost sent this back even thought the size and design was what I wanted because the two pieces have to fit together and they did not. After acquiring a number of bruises from attempting to fit these two pieces together I finally had to resort to sanding down the portion that fits into the bowl to make it fit.

The bowl doesn't fit snugly into the base it kinda rolls around regardless of pushing it "firmly" as the instructions say.Was expecting a more substantial composite material, it's kind of thin and cheaply made for the price.Not impressed overall since the base and bowl don't stay together well...would not buy again.
