Great quality and fun to play with
I seriously love this product, it works well and is very fun to play with, if you're looking to try out a VR headset, this is a good one. Not only does it have a low cost but it also works REALLY well

Good Considering The Low-Cost
Understand that this costs just $21 and that it won't be the last VR headset you buy. I gave the unit just 3 stars because it is basically a toy, but it is probably one of the best (if not the best) of the low cost imports. It is a good introduction to VR, the packaging is well done, and the unit seems sturdy enough. A lens wipe and cloth are included. If you want a low cost introduction, this is for you. The main complaint is that the "manual" is a joke and reads like a very poor machine translation. IF THE COMPANY IS READING THIS -- SPEND SOME MONEY AND GET AN ENGLISH TRANSLATOR. Expect to spend some time playing with the device. First, adjust the head straps to their longest position (they come adjusted for a baby, but do adjust to adult size), and tighten them while the unit is on your head. While off your head open the front door (it is a magnetic latch so pull gently) and open the cross bar. It is sized to fit most smartphones; I use an iPhone 6s. Start with something like the New York Times VR app. If you want to use earphones run the cord through a side hole. Then start the app, and position the phone in place. Close the latch, then the door, and put the unit on your head. You will need to take your glasses off, unless you wear really tiny glasses. ONCE THE PHONE IS IN PLACE YOU CAN'T REACH THE SCREEN TO CONTROL THE APP -- THIS IS PROBABLY AN ISSUE WITH ALL OF THE INEXPENSIVE UNITS. There is a two way adjustment on top that allows you to adjust the pupil distance (the rotating wheel) and the focus (a push/pull slider). This is VERY important, or you won't be able to use it. (If you have a strong prescription I suppose that you might have trouble with focus without some diopter adjustment.) To enjoy it you need to use an app that does not require screen interaction, and I recommend sitting in an office type swivel chair. The headphones/earphones are not absolutely needed if you turn up the volume on your phone. A word about Cardboard apps. These work fine, so long as they don't require screen interaction. The Cardboard apps (I am using an iPhone 6s) present two separate images on the screen, left/right, one for each eye. It is supposed to be 3D, but if you don't get the effect it is probably the fault of the app, not the glasses. (If the app requires screen interaction to calibrate for the 3D effect, you won't be able to do it.)

A Quality Headset Thats Simple And Fun To Use Be It For Movies Or VR Games
I have had the privilege to try a number of different VR (virtual reality) glasses, and yet there is always something that one will offer better over another. I have tried some that are simply horrific, just kinda ok, and others that are a blast to use. With the VR genre quickly pouring into the market, there are tons of headsets to choose from, so I was super thrilled when I was given the opportunity to give this headset a try free for my sincere opinion. It was one of the few that have come with instructions for those that have never used one before. It also has a cleaning kit and liner to help best fit whatever phone one might have. I unboxed the well made headset, pulled off the protective plastic covers, easily adjusted the fitting of the head straps, adjusted the pupil focus, put a nice horror game on my phone, clicked the phone in the headset, and I was all set. I scared the wits out of myself checking out this headset, and had a blast doing it. A few family members got to try it out also, and they agreed as well that this is one of the more user friendly models that worked great for videos and games. There are a lot of junk headsets out there, and this is not one of them. Great VR glasses especially for the affordable price makes this headset a very fun and cost effective good buy.
