Great product, arrived promptly, no issues at all

Can't live without these! I must have oddly-shaped ears because I've always had difficulty with typical earbuds fitting right and staying in. These do the trick, every time!

Good selection and got here very fast.

I am sure they are a nice product, but should list that they will not work on the newer Backbeat Go2.

They do not stay in the ear. I gave it 2 stars just because.; but I will not purchase again.

Unable to replace the original earbuds with what was sent, they are missing the inside rubber sleeve that slides over the speaker cylinder that holds it in place. Looks like it's a manufacturing flaw. They are useless and cannot be used at all.

Replacement work fine. I lost my last set so I had to buy some new ones worked good . I have no complaint
