This is a great product; well constructed. The seller provides a lot of value for the price by giving the strap plus exercise bands. Additionally you also get access to online videos and a downloadable training manual. I highly recommend this product and this supplier. Stretching strap is very awkward and bands are very thin.

An excellent product.Purchased because of a recent hip issue which is causing further problems down the leg - most notably in the calf.As I rest, and for reasons that are unclear, my hip problem causes my left calf to "freeze", usually within two-three hours - causing what I refer to as "screaming pain". It forces me to get up and stretch out completely. And that in turn causes me to wake up. So in essence I'm getting about three hours of sleep per night. Now, while I'm a fairly tough old bag of bones used to a lifetime of broken sleep patterns and five hours of rest - even for me this is unmanageable.So in desperation I purchased this product.I'm happy. Admittedly, for my issue, this is a band-aid solution to a larger problem. But it's a fix that has provided relief. And that's all I wanted - a chance to stretch out while remaining in a sleep position; allowing me to return to blissful unconsciousness for an additional precious couple of hours.The one thing I wished this product offered: An option or version where one end of the strap had a 4"x8" (approx) block attached to it. Wood perhaps. Something that allows the foot to be "flat". As it is - bending of the foot is inevitable - and that takes away from the stretch itself.Still that one minor demerit aside - an excellent product. One I happily endorse.

This is a nice set. I really like the strap. It should really help with my flexibility. It feels very sturdy and well made. I received the pdf in my email for how to use and examples of stretches. I have not tried the loops yet. But I love that it all comes in a carry bag. So far I am very happy with the set.

I recently started taking a yoga class to get back in shape and the instructor recommended I get a strap for stretching. I found this on Amazon and bought it. I brought the package to class with me to go over it with my instructor and she loved the band and the instructions. It's a really great product

I purchased this product because i wanted some additional stuff to have for when i do my physical therapy at home. I have MS so i try to keep up with my exercises and do as much as possible and these help alot. The case it comes with is handy too. Great buy
