Nixon Paperback – July 20, 2016

Non fiction books are definitely at the bottom of my must read list, but I wanted to read up on one of our former presidents of the united states. This book did not disappoint. although it is non fiction, it was far from boring to me, it kept me interested from start to finish. My husband, whom doesn't ever read actually read this book and likes it, if that tells you anything. It is not too long, but not too short either. I read it in a couple days, but once I pick something up I like, I don't put it down. I received this book for free or at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest ad unbiased review.

The life and legacy of Nixon.Very nice story of President Nixon he captures the attention of the readers about his former being a president. Nixon to all his best to be best president of his nation, though others find it not. The flawed giant captures in unforgiving being president. This is my first time I read the life and legacy of Nixon but I found it accurate and lesson. I highly recommend this book for those not yet know the legacy of Nixon.

Although many may think Nixon as a failure or not as successful as others, I believe it is important to know why and how a person fails more than how they succeed Simply because you can stray away from making the same mistakes. And that is why id suggest this book, i read it with a view of what he did and what caused his failures.Overall the book has good amount of information (obv not his whole story) its a good start, and if interested you can continue researching later.

I am a student of history and many a times I have read well scripted history books – however I loved this book because it was written so simply and one that could permeate anyone at a personal level – many of the personal stories discussed in this book was unknown to me as many other writers have only focused on the political failures of Nixon! I thoroughly enjoyed the journeys of Nixon to 1968! Very well-articulated! “He achieved greatly and suffered greatly but he never gave up” – great words indeed

A quick read touching on the highlights of Nixon's life, with emphasis on the public life, of course. Clear descriptive writing. For anyone looking for more depth, Kennedy is not the author for such detail.

These short books provide a good overview which may lead you to study the subject deeper

What a pleasure reading about Nixons way to becoming president of the U.S.I got to read about his travels to different places of the world and I also learned that he was pretty much broke at one time, interesting as i've only heard people talk about his secret funds and corruption.Thanks for a good book.

I thought that this was a very factual book about Nixon. I got a great overview of his Presidency.

I have read quite a few books from Alexander Kennedy over recent weeks and months and i find his books to be very interesting and from a different perspective from any other books or stories which i have read.He is an excellent author who obviously carries out an extensive amount of research, the sheer effort put into each and every book is to be applauded. Due to his excellent writing skills i am finding myself more and more interested to read about icons from a personal life perspective rather than just knowing what they created, achieved or invented, Alexander Kennedy tells the story of how they struggled to achieve their fame or fortune, who helped or even who hindered them in their journey.With this book : Richard Nixon - Before reading this i was only aware that Richard Nixon was once American President. I was eager to read this and find out more about him and i trust the writings of Alexander Kennedy. This book gives you an insight into just how much is expected of Presidents and the power they have to influence. He laid so many paths which others who have followed him have completed.I have received this at a reduced cost or free in return for an honest review and I would be happy to point out any failures or flaws with any product I review as much as I will also highlight good point and versatility with products I have reviewed. I have completed my review with other buyers in mind and I hope that the information is of use to any prospective buyers.

I enjoyed this book regardless of your oppinion of the man this book is well written though no suprises as the story is so well known, wouldnt have liked to get on the wrong side of him but good read

Good to learn a bit about the man.
