This one small bug aside, the whole thing works *really well*. Things stay aligned to where you put them, adjustments are easy, the two hex keys are standard sizes, and the results are both efficient and awesome. A few quick notes I wish were in the one page instruction manual: you will want to take a picture of the demo label roll on the device so you know how to set it up when you put your label roll on.
