This lovely flower brings the breath of Spring into your home all year 'round. It comes wired to a copper rod and ready to hang. I hand cut and drill the glass in my home studio. Then I start to work on the flower itself. This one is made with many small slivers or, nips, of red glass., all arranged on a base of clear glass with a rainbow iridescent on the back. Once it is all assembled, I fire it in my digitally controlled kilns to approximately 1350F and then anneal it properly for added strength. It measures approximately 4" wide x 16" long and with the copper included, is closer to 18" long. Each flower is unique and special (just like you!) so please allow for minor variations. My hope is this flower will make you smile each time you see it!
