Advice book- not mindfulness education
I have studied and practiced mindfulness for over 20 years. I have also taught mindfulness to many people who have difficulty slowing down and have high stress levels in their lives. This book is an advice book based on the author's personal approach to life- sorry but I found it to be inconsistent and rambling. If you are interested in learning about mindfulness, I would suggest getting Full Castastrophe Living by Jon Kabat Zinn or anything by Thich Nhat Hanh or works by Jack Kornfield or Joseph Goldstein or Sharon Salzberg or Rick Hanson or the Dalai Lama. I note that some people found this book helpful and I don't want to take away from that. If you find it helpful, that's great, but please don't believe that after reading this you really have a grasp on the practice of Mindfulness.

Super Basic
This short document reads like a short pamphlet usually found in a doctor's office. You will find only basic information, something you can learn by reading the introduction of longer book by a real author on the topic. You won't be able to start practicing real meditation with just reading this document. You'll end up buying another book on this topic to get started. Save your money and invest on a better book.

Really bad. Waste of money
Really bad. Waste of money. It suggested things like smelling cat poop(!?) while being extremely US centric and condescending.

Good info-terrible editing.
Good hints on being mindful, but the poor editing was very distracting. Will be taking some of the advice to heart in my attempt to be more present in my life.

A Must Have
A must read for anyone who is just stressed out with a racing mind. It is especially good for those who tends to think of their past, good or otherwise. The author gives helpful and easy to learn tools so, that we can be mindful in the present moment.

A nice reminder of things i already knew
I appreciated the simplicity of this book, and the clean examples to accommodate the messages. I can't say I took anything new out of the content, although it was a nice reminder of the things I already knew.

This is a great little book
This is a great little book. Very concise and to the point, and gives everything that one needs to start Mindfulness Meditation. It is good for the beginners as well as the more seasoned Meditators. So, well done to the author.

Nothing special
All a bit motherhood and apple pie really. Had heard a lot about this, but found it a bit disappointing.
