I have tried several products in this same category. This one BY FAR is the best tasting one. It's very tolerable to drink, other brands, no so much. This reminds me of Tang. This product is worth the price. It does what it claims to do. I wish I would have tried this product FIRST! I could have saved so much money. Yes, this is pricy, but it's worth every single penny! Kudos to this company for getting it right! I didn't have to choke this down, gag, pinch my nose and chug, nothing. I just drank it like a normal drink. Can't say that for the various others I have tried. I say, try this brand first! Pick a flavor that appeals to you and go for it! Lately, I have started to mix mine with 4oz of sugar free power aid (orange) 4oz of water and 4 oz of sugar free french vanilla creamer. It tastes just like a creamcicle. Delish!

This stuff Made me feel horrible. I suspect that there is a large amount of green tea extract which caused my symptoms. After taking just one packet as directed I had mild palpitations, dizziness and depersonalizations. On day two , I experience serious leg cramps and had frequent trips to the bathroom to urinate. I did lose 2 lbs. i was already on Atkins but had plateaued for approximately 3-4 months. And although it gave me energy, I was on edge and easily agitated. I'm an Emergency physician in a busy 72,000 visit per yr ED and could always use the energy but at what price... I was not myself and feel as though I was going to pass out at any moment. My urung did test positive for ketone but I suspect ketones in ketones out.ie if you ingest ketones they will also come out of your urine.

Yes, pricey - BUT after experimenting with various other products, this is the first one to REALLY work. Fast! I'm beyond amazed and so glad I didn't let the price deter me from giving it a try.While I am on a pretty strict Keto Diet (70P/30C/117F), even the occasional "swerve" does not kick me out of ketosis & fat loss while on Kegenix. I monitor my blood levels almost daily (spending this kind of money, I didn't want to rely on assumptions) and I use a didital body fat scale - both confirm the claims made about this product!I mix my daily pack in a big 40oz bottle in the morning and drink about half before leaving the house. At that point I top off the mix with more water (still has plenty of flavor for my taste) and drink it throughout the course of the day. The taste is very rich and I find the fat content quite filling, so intermittent fasting until late afternoon / early eve, is actually really easy (admittedly not a huge breakfast person on work days).Can wholeheartedly recommend Kegenix and can't wait to try the other flavors! :D

I love this product!! It truly lives up to its promise of being in Ketosis in a matter of hours!! This normally takes 2 weeks without the supplement, so I was able to start losing weight within days instead of weeks. I found myself drinking more water, a TON of energy without jitters and incredible focus to get my job done and take care of my kids and husband. I highly recommend this product to everyone who is looking to lose weight quickly. Only catch is that you need to be eating less carbs than normal, but you find yourself not craving sugar/carbs either. Their site and website also has a ton of recipes to use. Just do it!!

I was introduced to Kegenix and Ketosis by a good friend who was dropping lbs every week. It seemed like every time I saw him he was thinner. Living alone makes me very lazy about cooking or preparing meals for myself. This was easy and I like the food I eat. Several things that have changed for me by using Kegenix everyday are: I rest better during my sleep at night and awake refreshed. My sense of well-being has been enhanced and my mood is more stable during the day. I do not have a desire for sweets or breads which is kind of unbelievable. I am usually sick most of the winter and I have not been sick one time even though I work around other people who are sick. I no longer take blood pressure medication, statin drugs or hormones. Two and a half months ago my husband and I began using the Kegenix product every morning. It took a few days but I found that I really liked the taste of all of the flavors. After just a few days I found that I was sleeping better. When I woke up in the morning I actually felt like getting out of bed. I have had more energy during the day and find that I am not hungry in between meals. Although the meals are very different from what I am accustomed to I enjoy them and feel they are very filling. I have not lost a lot of pounds, but I have gone from a size 16 pant to a size 8. This is the same size as my daughter! During the holidays I ate pretty much whatever I wanted and still drank the Kegenix every morning and after the New Year I weighed myself and my weight had not changed at all. Because my wife was going to use the Kegenix product and start cooking that way and because I had quite a belly it was a natural thing to begin eating the same way she was. I have tried to get rid of my belly fat several times since that is the only place I carry weight. I am 88 years old and kind of thought, you can’t teach old dogs new tricks. However, in 2 ½ months I have gone from 179 lbs on my 5’9” frame to 155 lbs. Over the Christmas and New Year holidays I ate whatever I wanted and only gained 8/10th of a lb.
