I do not take this on a regular basis, but it definitely does have an effect when I do! It smells pretty earthy, and the taste can throw someone for a loop. As long as you drink or eat something after ingesting, the taste does not linger long, and it is not too unpleasant. It does not affect my stomach, and I do feel effects after taking it. I feel more focused and centered. Liquid drops seem to work better than the powder! With continuous use it does seem pretty long-lasting.

This product is super easy to take with the dropper given in the bottle. I have been taking it for a little while now and I have not noticed any side effects. You do have to be 18 years or older to take it. I have noticed a boost in my energy! But the main reason I am taking this, is to help with fertility.
