Brownies?** A: Generally 350Β° and I’d check after 8-10 minutes with a toothpick **Q: Is the size, top and bottom the same diameter? Some are quite different.** A: The top and the bottom are almost the same size. The Muffins come out kind of square. **Q: Do you have to spray these with cooking spray?** A: No, I actually do not have to spray them with Pam or anything like that if you’re making muffins I don’t believe you have to use anything either. We use them for making dog food meatloafs for our Labrador it’s better and easy to do this and healthier for him. We do not use cupcake Papers or anything like that we just put the meat vegetables, fruit etc. right in and it pops right out like a big healthy meatball. I’m sure if you’re using cake it would be absolutely no problem to do muffins. We love them it’s a matter fact we have enough to be able to make dinners and breakfast for 31 days. I wasn't sure if you need to put the little paper liners in, so the first time using these, I did. Everything baked well.Due to reading the reviews prior to purchasing, I knew I needed to put the muffin pan on a baking sheet in order to stay put. I did try to pick one up after filling it, but it was very flimsy and would probably spill on just a plain oven rack.The next time, I used a little bit of cooking spray, but no liners. Everything baked well this time, too, and the cupcakes were easy to remove. Cleanup was easy, since they can go on the top rack in the dishwasher. Even when I used them without cooking spray and just putting the batter straight in, the muffins/cupcakes came out easily and everything cleaned up well.Love the bright red color, too.I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for silicone muffin pans. They bake very well. They are floppy, like most silicone bakeware, so be sure to use a cookie sheet under it.
