Just another wonderful Bob Woods/Jack Renner Telarc super disc. Recorded towards the end of the SACD era, in August, 2000 in Florence Gould Auditorium in Seiji Ozawa Hall at Tanglewood, Lenox, Massachusetts. A Hamburg Steinway D #139 piano was used and obviously all the bells and whistles Telarc is known for, B&K 4006 microphones, Millennia Media HV-3D and Milennia Media M-2B transformerless vacuum tube direct to ADC Interconnection Cables, and lest I forget DAC by Ed Meitner, EMM Labs, it just does not get any better, those days of extreme audio just seem to be gone in this day of IPods, but I got my copy and have the Sony SCD-1 to play it on, so, you better get it, while the getting is good, and for $8.00, come on!
