Incredibly flavorful, rich and smooth tasting Cacao. Best I have tried.
I enjoy making Cacao (chocolate) smoothies for past couple years and tried many good and some a bit too bitter ..... this is the real deal for me. I had ordered nearing ten or so types yet this made the grade over all after putting in many other good things like oats, almond milk, peanut butter, almonds, bananas ice and more. This was the best!

Amazing depth of flavor
I love this cocoa powder for baking. Even though it's unsweetened, it has this very nutty quality that almost translates into a brown-sugar-ey kind of flavor that adds a lot of depth to your baking. I used this to make brownies and they turned out excellent and much better than batches I've made with regular unsweetened cocoa powder. This stuff is a good choice for special bake sale dishes for sure for any parents out there.

the best cocoa powder I've ever tasted. Also grateful its single origin, tested for heavy metals etc. I've been waiting for Raaka to make cocoa powder - So happy the day has come!

Delicious cacao powder
This has a very rich and decedent flavor, almost nutty. I wanted to make some hot cocoa with it on a chilly day and the package says to visit their site for recipes but I couldn't find any so I wung it. It was delicious! I like to make homemade pudding and I thought the flavor of this would be perfect for it. I am also looking forward to making Dutch cocoa cookies with it. It has a natural sweetness to it I noticed and you can even smell it when you open the package so I used less sugar in my cocoa than I normally would. I also noticed that I needed less of this and wound up adding more milk because the flavor is so rich.

Deep flavor
This cacao powder is ideal for a lot of the recipes I will be doing. I have tried it a little bit and so far I can tell it is a very deep rich chocolatey taste to it. Definitely very deep so you’ll want to add a little sugar if you want this sweeter. But you can adjust it, of course being in a powder form and I appreciate this being natural as well.

Great chocolate, but the packaging was a letdown
I used this cacao powder to make dark chocolate cream cheese frosting. It's intensely chocolaty if you like bittersweet flavor. There were some clumps, but they sifted out easily.The taste is great, but I had issues with the seal on the bag. The sealing strip has separated from the inside, making it impossible to reclose the bag. I ended up transferring the leftovers to a different container.+5 stars for the product-1 stars for the resealable package failure

This cacao power makes a good base for hot chocolate with sugar and milk
I use this cacao powder to make hot chocolate. I simply mix 1 part powder to 2 parts sugar (so one teaspoon cacao power, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar). In addition to that, I add a very tiny dash of salt. Sometimes if I feel like it, I'll put in powdered cinnamon as well. Basically after I create this powdered mixture in the cup, I pour just enough boiling water to ensure that the powder can be mixed to a liquid slosh. I may pour enough water to fill maybe around half the cup. After the mixture is done, I cool it down by pouring cold milk into the cup, just enough add a creamy taste. I can enjoy the hot chocolate immediately this way.This very simple hot chocolate recipe is rich tasting and delicious. I don't really taste anything exotic (no citrus tones) about it though but it is a very good rich chocolate taste in any case and I enjoy it very much.
