what is the lenght from shoulder to hem for a 4x

I only got a medium so I don’t know the size of a 4x but I can tell you that the medium was huge! It was at least 2-3x bigger then other medium jackets I have.

Can this jacket be tie dyed? I'm thinking that the polyester won't...hmmm?
