1000 New Embroidery Designs

Loved it. I have difficulty building on a seam. These treatments are easily understood and well diagrammed. Great book for crazy quilters.

This book is great! Some other reviews were a little disappointed that the designs were drawn instead of photographed. But, so what? It's beautiful and you can see exactly how to make the design. Great idea book with lot of stitch combinations. If you've done any embroidery or crazy quilt stitches, this book would be very helpful.

While the book is very useful, I feel it wasn't described correctly and I was disappointed. The book is filled with seam treatments for crazy quilts and other embroidery designs. However, they are all drawn. There are no examples of the actual stitching. I like the variety of stitch combinations, but I also like to see the finished product. The book should have been described better -- I probably still would have bought it, but I'd have been warned.

LOVED the diagrams! To the publisher, you MUST print future books just exactly like this. You do, I'll be a customer for life!

Don't buy this book. It is very hard to visualize the patterns and can't much appreciate the difference of one stitch from another. Who knows if it's a thousand or a million?

I don't believe it was made clear enough in the product description that this book contains only diagrams of the stitches. As such, they are somewhat useful but certainly not terribly inspiring.

A wealth of designs to keep even the craziest quilter happy. A book of ideas for interpretation in many ways.
