The "denomination of origin" from the Jerez region in the south of Spain, guarantees the quality and origin of ROMULO sherry vinegar. From palomino grapes, typical of Cadiz, ROMULO is exclusively elaborated from the first must. ROMULO sherry vinegar is aged for eight years in American white oak wooden barrels, steered to the southeast to provide exposure to the sea breeze which is necessary for oxygenation. ROMULO sherry vinegar has a 7degree acidity. Among the outstanding attributes which make this product unique and for which there is no substitute in the gastronomy world are the amber color acquired during the 8-year aging process, its delicate and fine aroma, and its excellent taste.
