cant see it working. the hand could not fit very well. it should be made to be adjustable for any size

be advised - for some this will substantially cut down the amount of snoring. its more of a way to get your subconscious aware what you are doing with negative reinforcement so you can train yourself not to snore (as much) the other poster mentioned the wrist band. and I agree it is not the best and the velcro is placed in the wrong area to really attach well - but it does and it works. use a very small dab of conductance jell on both pads or instead of a finger twitch you may feel a shock. I reviewed another unit similar however on that one it takes a couple of instances of sound to trigger the shock... this one is right away. that's both good and bad. any noise can pretty much set it off. but it does go off... I use one one night and the other on other nights to keep my subconscious on its toes...I did try a third one that's all white but I don't se that one often. Battery life is pretty good... over 20 nights use on one battery.
