Love the chocker, but it broke almost as soon as I took it out of the package! So I think I would just try to fix it. its not worth sending back.

The extension chain was not attached when I opened it but that wasn't a difficult task. It's super cute too.So far worn it out twice for several hours at a time and no skin reactions to the metal.
