## Description

The 'Cuisinairre' 3-piece Chef's Knife Set takes and holds a razor-sharp edge. The knives can bend slightly without breaking and feature durable molded polypropylene handles. Molded polypropylene handles are easily sanitized and superior to wooden handles. Wooden handles are not recommended because wood is porous and can harbor the type of bacteria that causes food related illness. Many local health departments prohibit the use of wooden-handle knives in commercial food service. Even soaking a knife with a wooden handle in water can cause the handle to warp and crack. As with other Cutlery Knives, these knives should always be hand washed and dried before storing. Dishwasher use is NOT recommended. If stored properly and used as intended, these knives should retain their sharpness. However, if required, a sharpening steel can be used to touch up the edges. Occasionally, all knives should be professionally sharpened to restore the correct bevel to the cutting edge. Knives are shipped with protective plastic sleeve over blade. Packaged in an attractive presentation gift box.

Showed up super quick, Razor sharp, solid blades, with a decent weight to them. I love the 5" utility, it's seen the most use so far, and it's holding up well. The 7" all purpose cuts meat clean, chops them carrots with confidence, love it. I haven't used the 8" much, but it's sharp too - got the cut to prove it, lol! At $30, they're well worth it, thanks!

The knifes showed up quickly through this sender. They're sharp and the holes in the blade make them very strong. They will be great for cutting all of the fresh produce that we love to eat as they are very sharp. Very good product for the price and make good gift sets.
