28" Rubber Grip Curl Bar Attachment

This lat bar is well worth the money! The word "Economy" in the title does not do it justice, it should be "Quality". The rubber grip ends are super heavy duty and the swivel is greased and massively built. You can rotate this while pulling down for an enhanced workout and you still have the inner rubber grips for your standard tricep grip reps. You can also grab it like bull horns for some awesome bicep curls. This is a quality upgrade for anyone and will surely impress your friends and family when they see or use it. I also purchased two (2) "Stainless Steel Safety Spring Hook Carabiner, 3 1/8-Inch" on Amazon that solidly compliments the bar. If you are upgrading a typical home gym lat machine, you may need to have two caribiners because some of the entry level bars have the "ear" welded parallel to the bar and this one is perpendicular to the bar. I enjoy using this bar EVERYTIME I work out!
