A leg workout to go!
CubicleFit Pilates Ring Power Resistance Thigh Band I really LOVE this product! I've never purchased a pilates ring before and this was quite a surprise for me. I travel for business frequently and this takes up very little room in my suitcase and is nearly weightless. In addition to some instruction that comes with the ring, more exercises can be found on their Facebook page and website. When I'm traveling to client site I have to sit a majority of the day; if I'm static, I can slip this in my bag and use it under my working table and no one has any idea I'm getting a great leg workout at the same time! Resistance is dependent upon how hard you squeeze. Useful for legs, chest back and probably more that I haven't discovered yet! I've been using mine off and on for almost a month and it seems to be holding up very well. I highly recommend.
