Could you sleep on this?

No, please do not sleep on it. Start with 1-2 minutes then slowly work your way up to 10-15 minutes per session but no more than 25 min per session.

This is manufactured in China but designed and distributed from the U.S.

How does this compare to using a Denneroll?

Our Neck Stretcher is designed to fit naturally under the cervical spine. By using this device consistently (start with 1-2 minutes per session and slowly work your way up to 10-15 minutes per session) will help restore and re-align your cervical spine.

Can this pillow be used in a sitting position,?

Yes, it can be used while in a sitting position, however, for a stronger stretching, the laying down position is recommended as the natural head gravity gives stronger stretching experience!
