One word is all you need to describe these weight bags. QUALITY! They are exactly what I wanted and they work perfectly. They're very durable and well made.

Very good deal on a high quality, well-made product. A lot of thought went into making this and it’s very cost-effective. In my many years I’ve noticed that quite a few divers also enjoy shooting sports in the off season so they may already have a stash of lead shot for filling these.

I had to sew up the edges because lead shot would escape when turned upside down or sideways. Would have given 5 stars, but slight modifications are needed. I ended up sewing a line across the Velcro on the pouches filled to the 5 pound weight. I am not worried about losing shot anymore. The led shot I put in is #4. I had some other shot in a smaller size (looks like either 7 or 7.5) and the mesh holds it as well. Mesh is strong, so I expect it to last a long time. Water drains quickly.

These bags are exceptional quality. Highly recommend to make your own bag weight.

Great to have these for my new BCD. They are easy to fill, easy to store in my BCD and change out as needed.

the double velcro closure is very secure. Now I just have to get it wet to see how well it works in the water. saved a ton of money buying these empty bags and filling with lead shot
