I ordered 3 of these for my small dogs, after I charged them and was trying to go by the "not user friendly" instructions and no contact numbers or email info on the instructions as well, I tested them per the instructions, and only one of the three worked on test mode. That was enough for me, i boxed them back up the same day and shipped them back. Made in China...what was i thinking? Wasted my time on these.

Did not work for our lab. She would bark through the vibrations.I liked that it is rechargeable and waterproof.

I really wanted to find a bark collar that didn't need its battery replaced every 4 week so I was excited to find this collar since the battery is rechargeable. I bought two collars and sadly neither worked. The light was supposed to turn from red to green, which both did, indicating that the collars were fully charged. However, nothing happened with the dogs began to bark. the collars even have a test strip that allows to you see if the collars are working. I got no response from testing either collar. I messed with both dials on the collar and still no response. When the dogs barked the light showed that is was on and recognized the bark but there was no vibrate or shock. Very Disappointed

This was a waste of money. I have had these charged, tested and verified that the vibration works, but they do not react when my dog howls. He is a hound dog and does not have the gravelly bark. Instead he "sings" as some call it. Most of the time he imitates a Pokémon and yells his name at the sky. (Not why I named him, but *shrug*) I'm really in search of a collar that will go off of sound and recognizes his baying.

When I got this collar it had a blue light and not green as in the instructions. When I tested it, it did not work, I am very disappointed with this collar. I thought since I was paying more I would get a collar that would work. When testing the collar the light would blink but that is all. The collar did not vibrate or light up the tester. I am returning this collar.

My brother has four dogs and one barks all the time which is teaching the others to do the same so he had to find something to get them under control. This collar adjusts from a very small size to a fit a larger dog very easily. I love that it fits like a regular collar and didn't seem to be irritating or bother the dog (well unless you "shock" them). It doesn't smell bad like some collars do and is easy to wipe clean since it is waterproof. The recharging feature is a huge bonus and the charge last for over a week. I received a free gift of a light that attaches to the collar for a little light at night.

Have two of these, neither one works on my lab, myself, or on the included tester. Yes I read and followed the instructions and tried the adjustments. Just a collar with a little blue light.
