Really great quality for such a low price! I bought a couple of these to help with hip strengthening in a marathon build and they have been fantastic. Itโs amazing how strong the bands go up to. You could actually use these as a full strength training session if you wanted!

Really strong band
Great resistance band, even survived 9 months of travelling and really helped with quick workout when needed, this is a strong band though and is Hard workout, the length is generally small
