Amazing, ate a very lazy keto diet and still dropped 12 pounds in the month I used it. Seems to be gone from the marketplace now though?

I really like this product. My only issue with it is that it definitely interferes with my sleep if I drink it too late in the day. I recommend that you drink it as early in the morning as possible.

Pros :Energy. Faster weight loss. Better mood. Less hunger. Hands down I believe it entered me into ketosis in about 24-48hrs though I wasn't testing.Cons :The taste is terrible. I gag when I drink it. Very sour. Biggest con: It has 12 carbs! That's a TON. I'm a smaller girl so I only take in 15-20 carbs a day to keep my macros in check. And when I give 12 to this shake I have none left over for veggies or nuts so my meal options are very limited the rest of the day if I want to keep my macros in check.I'm about two week in. Iv lost 16 lbs. My final thoughts ? I'll finish out this pack but I'm cutting the packets to half a day, so I don't use up my carbs. If I continue to loose weight like that I may consider continuing until I get to goal. If my weight loss slows or stops I'll go back up to one pack a day until this box is finished. But I won't be buying more.

Really great product for one that wants to know what it feels like to be in ketosis. And get a jump start on a keto diet. Great company to work with.

I think this drink tastes really good. I lost several pounds very quickly and I never got the keto flu symptoms. I also felt like this drink gave me energy and it helped with my sweet cravings. It really made the keto diet easy.

The taste is not for me. But i'm glad i tried it. It definitely gave me an energy boost.

Product taste amazing and works well. Lots of energy and focus and helps me get into ketosis with ease.

Not sure if it works or not. I found it extremely bitter and hard to swallow, even after watering it down. On several occasions, I felt nauseated and had to go for a walk and drink loads of water for it to pass. It's also very expensive.
