Poorly made; there is play in the curly when trying to latch on to a piece of hair. Cannot easily see the temperature gage; still seem extremely hot all the time.

The flat iron is great, especially for shorter hair; however, the "on" light indicator is dim and difficult to see if you forget to turn it off. There is also only "on" & "off". No settings or heating levels. Lastly, there is no "auto-shutoff" function if left on and plugged in. It's a great flat iron. Just needs a tweak or two to make it safer and more useful.

Love it! Just what I needed to straighten short hairs on the sides of my head. Heats up quickly so no long waiting to use. Only thing is to be aware of the flat iron heating up too much. Turn off when it gets too hot to avoid burning your hair or skin.

This product was a waste of money. It doesn't get hot enough to pass over the hair once or twice. Instead I have to pass over many times. So I no longer use it and it's just there. I will throw it out very soon.

Ordered this for my mom awhile back, it worked for her because she had short thin hair. Unless you have short thin hair you probably won't like this product because the plates are really thin. It's not bad for traveling as it's pretty compact and thin, but if you have long hair it won't work well for you, neither if you have thick hair.

It's great for my short hair but without an auto-off function, I can't keep using it. I rush around too much in the morning to risk it. Sending it to the donation pile.

I recently cut my hair into a faux hawk like style my original Chi is too big to handle my short hair so i bought this one.Pros - small and easy to travel withis this enough to straighten or curl my hairgets very hotinexpensiveCons- takes a while to heat up compared to my Chionly has one setting (really really hot)Overall i am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who just needs a travel or temporary iron.

My hair is thin so I found this hard to use. Perhaps better used on thicker hair.,
