Good design
This item is good to hold things that are not too heavy. I have a smooth surface bathroom wall. This suction cup can hold a shower caddy but don't overpack it otherwise it will slide down or come off the wall entirely like it did mine.

Nice and very useful.
In my house they built great bathrooms and kitchens but none of them have enough hooks or enough towel racks in the bathrooms. I got this one specifically for my shower. I have a large step in shower with no towel rack near by so thought I would give the hook a chance so I can keep my towel close. First thing I like is that it has a very powerful suction cup that you just twist into place from the suction cup and that is all there is to it. The entire hook is made of stainless steel finish so it will not rust due to the stainless. I have been able to put a full size bath towel up on the hook and yet the suction cup doesn’t come loose and fall or slide down the side of the wall. This can be used on almost any surface but they do recommend that you don’t put it on grout, painted surface or unfinished surfaces and it will not stick. I think the hook are very durable and fashionable to hang anywhere you need a hook.

Costly, and Would Not Stick.
arrived on time. packaged and shipped inadequately. the actual wrapping around hook looked old. returned the hook, as it kept coming off of surface. after 4 events of falling to the ground within 30mins. i decided to return. the cost is a bit too high. also, hook itself, was scratched up a bit upon arrival.

Has never fallen down
Bought this exactly 5 years ago and it lives in our shower on a tile wall. There is a visible red ring below the button, and when it's firmly stuck to something, you shouldn't be able to see the red ring. About once every 3 or 4 months I start seeing some red, so I push it back down and it's good for another quarter. It holds a loufa and camping shower mirror.

Great!
This baby has been on my shower wall holding a somewhat heavy glass door wiper for 2 months without falling off a single time, in spite of the humidity. That’s all I wanted from this item, but on top of that, it also looks great!

Will not stick
I cleaned the area as instructed then stuck it to the glass. Keeps falling off anyway.
