Love these folders for anything you may need a folder for. They’re durable, can be cleaned ( sometimes with a little elbow grease) but last a long time. Also durable if spilt on unlike a paper folder. The inside of the folder has slots on the top corners to hold the papers inside most securely, along with prongs to secure loose leaf paper, two pockets. I will continue to buy these folders for all of our needs…. School, office, home, etc

5 Star folders are the best folders I’ve ever bought. They are pricier but they last forever. I have one that spent a year or two in a Middle School backpack. Then I claimed it. I’m an on-staff sub at a HS. My folder is in and out of my backpack multiple times every day. The folder has a touch of wear/bend at the bottom binding but that’s it. It’s still a beast, getting the job done every day.

Bought these for my son's freshman year in high school, so far he's been very happy with them. He really likes the colors, works well for him. Would recommend.

Far better than those paper folders with the tabs which is why I always buy this brand. My kid is clumsy and he can spill drinks on it and it’s no problem.

Our Organization Hack: Instead of forcing my kids to carry massive, heavy 3-ring binders that weigh down their backpacks, we changed our strategy this year. We buy these multi-packs, assign one color per school subject, and pair each folder with a pack of reinforced notebook paper. It keeps their bags incredibly light, keeps their assignments completely separate, and they can easily grab exactly what they need for each class. The variety pack has great, distinct colors making it easy to color-code at a glance. The Catch: They are definitely priced at a premium compared to cheap paper portfolios. However, when you factor in the reality that you won't be buying replacements halfway through the spring semester, the upfront cost pays for itself in durability.

My kids like these because they are more sturdy than other folders.

Protection is good and good features but could be great if it actually fitted a4 paper without it sticking out
