Watch GT08 Bluetooth with 16GB SD Card and SIM Card Slot for Android Samsung S5 S6 Note 4 5 HTC Sony LG and iPhone 5 5S 6 6 Plus Smartphones (Sliver)

I really wanted this to be great, because I do actually like the watch. The battery life was really good, and it does work well and does what it is advertised to do, but the Bluetooth really needs some work. The watch would drop the signal from my phone all the time, even sitting on the desk less than six inches away from the phone. And reconnecting this to your phone is a pain in the butt. The watch would see the phone, but the phone wouldn't pair with the watch, or the app would see the watch but it couldn't get the watch to connect... it was not fun. I was constantly popping the battery out of the watch, restarting my phone, starting the watch, and then sometimes repeating that to get the watch connected again.Another thing to be aware of with this watch is that while yes, it can do step counting, stop watch, and things like that, it can only do them one at a time, and they don't run in the background. Facebook and chrome, while included, do require a SIM card and data to work. There is no wifi option on this device.The texting from my wrist was probably the main reason I got it and used it for as long as I did. That part worked pretty well (iPhone users, you will not be able to text from this watch). I do wish, however, that this had an option for T9 Word. You have to use the ABC keyboard to write anything, and for those of you too young to have never had a phone that didn't have a full keyboard, you get a phone number pad with each key having three or four letters assigned to it and then you tap the correct number of times on a key to get the letter you want. Very time consuming.The UI is very odd and at times difficult to navigate. The menu option honestly looks like they just ran all their Chinese text through Google translate and slapped it in there. Could be better, but for $30 I can't complain too much.Overall, the watch did work well and functioned as I expected it to for the price, but even at this price the Bluetooth problems are unforgivable. I've had Bluetooth speakers and headphones cheaper than this that never dropped the signal unless you got over 30 feet away from your phone with them.

Bought this based on people's positive reviews expecting at least a decent smart watch without breaking the bank. Tested some of the features but concentrated on those functions I bought the product in the first place which are the music playing through Bluetooth from the SD card and phone functions. No problems with Bluetooth connection with devices, quick response. Disappointed with music playing from the SD card. Loaded 200 songs into the SD card (included with the purchase, huge plus) but can only play/add perhaps 20 then all others results in an error. Positive aspect of this product is their customer service which answers my questions quickly. Unfortunately, I have to return this. Perhaps I got a lemon. Good luck

Was happy at 1st, than after 3 months it wont turned on at all. It claims a 2 yr warranty/replacement. I contacted the seller to find out how i do this. They said its been over 30 days contact the manufacturer. Ok whats the information? No help...very unhappy. I guess you get what you paid for :(

It's a nice watch no doubt but set-up is frustrating. There are no instructions and it's not easy to figure out and I am pretty tech savvy. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting (Samsung S6) and it keeps telling me the Serial Port keeps disconnecting. It also tells me there is no SIM card installed and there is. I imagine once I get it figured out, I will love it, but until then...I will update when/if that happens.

Save yourself some money and DO NOT buy this. All it can do is basically tell the time. The calendar is just to see the dates because you cannot enter any events/reminders. Very low quality camera. The call function never worked for me. Not even good enough for today's 5 year-olds.

Update: This watch broke the week after I posted the initial review.Our son bought this with Christmas money, and he is loving it! Took a bit to arrive from China, but it's worked perfectly with both an android and iPhone

Works as advertised. I have a white one. Stylish and comfortable. Definitely worth the price. Received it in two days of placing order. Would have given five stars if it had more options to use music and pictures downloaded to SD card to personalize the watch.

This watch was/is a pain to get to work. Definitely not very intuitive.
