Q: Does it come with the magazine?

This was the XL Akira Class USS Thunderchild. Yes, mine came with the magazine.

Q: After ordering 2 of these models, neither comes with a magazine. What's going on? Magazine discontinued?

Amazon is just really bad at shipping the correct product/all the product. I ordered this model four times. First they sent the wrong one, second was damaged, third was wrong one again, and finally correct on the fourth. I have also received two different models without the magazines and had to get them off eBay. I have had better luck ordering straight from eaglemoss.
