Received 2 chairs and table today. Table seemed fine, but a little cheap in construction. Opened one of two chairs. These are NOT resin chairs. They are metal frames wrapped in vinyl strings like the old beach chairs of the 1980s. The chair I opened was already unraveling, and other parts of the wrap had nicks that were danger spots for future problems. Still attempted to assembly chair, but the connections for the seat and chair body did not align. Nothing I could do could get the parts to connect correctly. Rather than take any further chances decided to put the items back in the boxes and return. Never opened the second chair for FEAR of finding the similar issues. Now for the good stuff. These chair must be Returned at MY cost. Defective merchandise that I am sure the seller will just re-ship to the next unlucky customer. Avoid this company and manufacturer if you can.

I wanted a nice set of rocking chairs for the porch and I wanted to make sure even the largest man could have a comfortable seat. They exceeded my expectations. I chose them for their materials since Florida's weather can make short work of outdoor furniture. After a hot sunny summer they have not faded one little bit and are still as nice as the day they arrived. Our friends love them and the neighbors plan on ordering themselves a set next spring. They make the front porch look inviting and friendly and are very sturdy.

Comfort is very important to me and these rockers have it. They look great and sit well on the porch. I definitely recommend this item to anyone who likes the cottage look and will spend time on the front porch. Only negative is that they are hard to put together. I had to have my niece help me with the assembly, but with only one of them. The holes don't always line up properly, but if you are strong enough you can get it lined up and pushed together.A good buy.

Usually you can tell the quality of something like this by how easy and how well it assembles once you get it. Well, this came with very good and secure hardware and as fully assembled, is very sturdy. Don't worry if you are a few pounds overweight, these chairs can handle it pretty well and the seats are pretty large compared to chairs we tried in stores. They rock nicely and the quality of the cushions seems to be very high. They provide a few spare fasteners but you shouldn't need them. I was able to correct one mis-aligned hole pretty easily. The provide a clunky little wrench and an allen wrench, but you should get an 11mm socket to assemble this set because you have about 30 locking nuts to tighten up. I have some arthritis in my hands but this went pretty easily. My advice is to loosely assemble each nut and do one final tightening of all once the chair is fully assembled.

Very nice, easy assembly. Everything leveled well and the only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the wicker on one of the arms was starting to unravel. I can repair myself and would overall recommend this product

Very happy! Search long and hard to replace my 25 year old wicker & I could not be more pleased. They are easy to assemble, very comfortable, in fact promote good posture. Very very pleased!!UPDATE: still love this set. Used daily since I’ve had it and still brand new looking

we received them, put them together looked great, but I set in it once.i noticed it came unwound on one of the main frames.not pleased, but too much trouble to send back, would like you to contact maker and use my name & shipment number, they can sendme a new one or my money backThanks for asking.Diane Gray

Paint peeling on rails of rocker. Less than a year old. Also bottom of rail is bowing
