Don't believe the great reviews. Have owned a dozen phones by now so not a novice. Fit too small for note 9. Cracked getting it to fit. Bottom covers annoying. Charging process slowed down by necessity to open and keep open charging port; so i sliced off cover (problem solved). Tried to plug in my square charge reader. Case does not permit reader to plug in fully, so non functional. Couldn't accept charge sale. Ripped off cover and threw away.

This is 100% an unbranded OtterBox from what appears to be their manufacturer in Mexico sold by a 3rd party. I decided on this after my Otterbox broke and was denied a replacement under their "lifetime warranty" which is only good for what they deem is the viable life of your phone or in this case 2 years max (Note 9) as they cannot carry parts for "old technology". Phone still works great, meets every IT security requirement, seems plenty viable to me.I'll buy this model first on my next phone and skip overpaying for the name and marketing nonsense.

I got this product for my Galaxy Note 9 but beware this easily scratches the inside base while I tried to fit it in. In the end this case couldn’t fit my note 9 inside it, don’t know how that can happen when it is designed for the note 9. Don’t buy it, get something else

This case fits perfectly on my Note 9, allowing it to line up and fit flush all along the edge trimming. It also fits my old Otter Box Plastic Frame as well as the one it came with. I dropped my phone down a full flight of stairs- it cartwheeled and smacked several steps before landing face down on the tile landing. This case saved the phone! No broken edges, corners or cracks. The screen was saved too as I had this shield on it: (2 Pack) Supershieldz Designed for Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Tempered Glass Screen Protector with (Easy Installation Tray) Anti Scratch, Bubble Free (Black).The case worked perfectly and it was super easy to install. The separation points are clearly marked on this version and I could get all the pieces to line up quickly and smoothly. The shield installs easily with it as well. I am extremely pleased- Bravo and 5 Stars!

The main reason i bought this was so i would not have to open tge port covers to use the charger port. Well, the case will not work with either of my wireless chargers. AND, the cover on the regular charger port is very hard to open.The packaging comes with no instructions, so it was difficult to figure out how to disassemble the cover to insert the phone, much less how to open it back up, which i needed to do every night to use my wireless charger.Worthless.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for my mom. It's works as good as an otter box case. I prefer buying this then wasting $30.

Got this item for my bf. It was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing is there should not be a lid at the charging port as the constant opening to put the charger pn may damage the opening. Otherwise he loves, loves it!

Para que le quede al Galaxy Note 9, tienes que separarla en las dos carcasas y posteriormente le tienes que romper la carcasa azul claro :l la parte protectora tanto para audífonos vomo para el cargador son muy estorbosas, yo tuve que quemar el plástico azul claro para que entraran correctamente los cables. Obviamente ahora se ve muy fea pero no tenía opción. NO LA COMPREN
