love this .. I use it everyday ... I like to use a tea bag and whatever fruit I have at the time ... put in the fridge over night and you got a nice tasting drink ready for you in the morning ... like it so much I ordered a second one for a friend, but sadly this one arrived broken .. I am in the process of informing the company , so ill let you know how they respond ... All and all I would order again

I like the product.But, my top lid is definitely not made right. It has a wooden-pattern sticker on the top lid, which has been falling and it finally got detached. And it has crack on the side... I am disappointed with the top lid. I would like to get this top part only replaced, even if the shipping takes long time... Because this is a gift for my gf, but she likes the product overall but the top lid is not satisfiable.
