I’ve enjoyed cooking and I enjoy omelets and with this pan I have both bases covered.The pan heats up evenly and the size and ceramic finish are very comparable for rolling an omelet filled with whatever suits you. Your omelet comes together easily and quickly.It is easy to clean and store and comes with chop sticks (I use to stir the eggs)And a perfectly designed silicone spatula. Bring your own eggs and enjoy.Oh, the price is reasonable too.

My wife bought this rectangular pan in order to cook eggs for sushi and omelets. Our old rectangular pan was wearing out.My wife bought this pan for the non-stick finish, and the glass lid. The pan is nicely built and feels like a quality piece. The non-stick feature works well and the glass lid adds to the versatility of this specialized pan.One of my wife's new cooking toys is a countertop induction cooktop, so being induction-compatible was an important consideration for this pan. It works fine with our conventional gas cooktop (no surprise) and YES it also works just fine with an induction cooktop. The included accessories (glass lid, spatula, and chopsticks) are all nicely done and useful. In particular, the spatula is wide and the perfect size for this pan, making cooking a breeze.This pan is a bit pricey but it is worth it. Well done!

I love this pan because you don’t need much oil. I put a little oil into the warm pan and wipe it with a paper towel or a brush. I also like the small rectangular pan, you can use less eggs and because of its compact size your tamagoyaki has thickness! I use to use twice as much eggs in a 10” pan to get my thickness and height. With this pan I used 5 eggs and I was able to make two omelettes. The spatula that it comes with fits perfectly into the pan making rolling easier. I totally recommend this pan!

I bought this to make Tamagoyaki, and it was perfect. Then I decided to try making a western-style rolled omelet…also perfect! Eggs cooked quickly and evenly; with the lid on, the cheese melted quickly and evenly. And with the included spatula, rolling it up for serving was easy. Highly recommend this pan!!

I found success using this pan to make tamagoyaki (japanese rolled omelette) on the first try. It came with a recipe and simple instructions on how to make tamagoyaki. I liked that a silicon spatula is provided so that It doesn't scratch the surface of the pan and with the use of chopsticks, I was able to lift the layers of the egg easily. I did not use the lid when making tamagoyaki but I can see how it can be useful when making sunny side up eggs and other kinds of omelettes.

This is a very handy little pan for cooking eggs or small amounts of food. It has a nice tight-fitting lid, cooks evenly, and the non-stick coating makes it super easy to clean. The bonus utensils come in very handy. I would definitely buy this pan again.

Well made, and the matching spatula makes rolling eggs easy for a beginner. Even the lid is heavily made! Balance is good for handling and angling the pan to flow the eggs.

I like the small size and matching lid. After cooking eggs I can eat right from the pan, So far non stick is excellent but I have only used three times
