I got another of these sleeves from another brand, I bought this because I need to complete the pair to use it in both arms, I pretty much use this after I finish my job or finish workout because I always finished with pain on my elbows, it helps my muscles to recovery and decrease the pain, basically is that, is you are looking something for Extra support during workout you should look for something else. I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion.
