We have given our canine kids treats of this nature their entire lives. We have always given them a competitors product and it has been a great product, but the cost of their 20 oz bag on sale is more than double the price of the 20oz size of these True Chews.I ordered both the chicken and the beef. Carefully looked at the product and smelled it when I opened it. Everything was as it should be. Treats were appropriately moist, but not too soft. Our K9 kids love these. The value of the 20 oz bag of at $11 and change makes this a hard to beat deal.You really have to watch as I have noticed that more and more of the dog treats are emphasizing their USA ties. We purchase only those products which are MADE IN THE USA. I have noticed on the labels of OTHER products where they will have a USA label prominently displayed, and when you carefully read the package, it says something like "Sold by a USA company." Then, in small print was the following "Product of China"........Please note, this product is labeled as Made in the USA and Manufactured in a USA based facility.Read your labels carefully as some companies are trying to create the image of the product being made in the USA when in fact it is not. This product indicates it is made in the USA and sold by a USA based company. The treat quality has been good, our K9 kids like them and everyone is happy. That's what treats are all about.Always seal the package and watch what you are giving to your pets. If the treats don't look or smell right, throw them away. Dogs will eat things which are quite disgusting and even throw them up if bothering their stomachs. Just pay attention to what you are giving your dog and if the food or treat isn't up to the standards, throw it away and contact the seller. We rarely have any issue with any dog food or treats, but we also know its important to keep the package resealed, etc.

I used to give my dog real chicken jerky sold by a major dog food manufacturer. After reading about health problems attributed to them I switched to Blue Buffalo True Chews. My dog loves these as much, if not more, and I think they are better for him.

We buy 1 or 2 bags monthly, my dogs love these.

True confession: I always eat a little bit of my dog’s food the first time I buy him a bag of a new brand. it is rarely palatable, but it is also my belief that if I am feeding something to my dog every day, it should be at least edible for me.I don’t do that for dog snacks, however. He doesn’t eat that many of them, so I don’t feel the need to subject them to that level of quality control. Still, I expect that these wouldn’t be disgusting, and judging from his reaction, they are likely pretty good.What I am less sure about is the value, given the fact that he doesn’t necessarily prefer these to any other treats. For the price, I could feed him scraps of steak, and sometimes I do.

My dog loves True Chews Premium Jerky Cuts! He gets so excited when I open the bag to give him a treat and his tail does not stop wagging until long after he is finished. He seems to love the flavor and I love that they are made with 100% natural ingredients and that there are no artificial flavors, artificial preservatives, animal by-products, etc. They look and smell like real beef jerky. In fact, my husband asked me if they were for the family or for the dog... that is how great the quality is. And the bag is resealable, which I appreciate so I can maintain it's freshness. Previously, I gave my dog treats that came in a box and went stale. I much prefer True Chews because I just feel like giving my dog a natural, healthy dog treat will help him live a longer and happier life, and I want to keep him around as long as I can. Although I was given this product for free, I have already purchased it again on m own and added it to my Subscribe and Save. Now that he has these, there's no going back to our old, stale, unhealthy treats.

My dogs LOVE duck! Especially these. I have been buying them for quite some time. The second they see me hold that yellow sack they go nuts. They are about 5 to 6 inches long by 1-2 inches wide. Very soft chewy treats. Non greasy. They smell good and not a bad or real strong smell, although I haven't tasted one myself yet. They are easy to tear into smaller pieces to feed as well. Older dogs and dogs with not many teeth have no issues eating these either.The only issue I have is the price is just astronomical anymore, and I can't find these that are just made of duck anymore now. They have been substituting them with mostly chicken added to duck. The dogs still like them but not nearly as much as the straight duck ones. I won't be purchasing anymore unless they go back to the straight duck ones. They are just too expensive anymore.

The description indicates a 6 count of 12oz packages but you only get one package so it is way over priced. Took over 3 weeks to arrive in Canada just to return for refund because I can buy a package here for $20

The price is quite high compared to similar products and would like to see that cost adjusted, but my dog like these the best!
