I rarely write reviews, but I'm loving this stuff. Hopefully I address any questions anyone has.A) this is loose tea, not in bags. You either need an infused/strainer (you will still have some loose particles in it that don't affect taste or texture to me), or you follow directions on bag to strain it yourself.B) this tastes like a mix of green and mint tea, I enjoy it very much.C) since starting it 4 days ago, after 2 days I had a noticeable decrease in my cravings for Cola and other caffeinated drinks, chocolate, and sugar. I haven't noticed a decrease in my food portions, just in the foods I choose to eat.D) since using it, I noticed acne clearing up faster, and an increase in energy despite a decrease in caffeinated drinks. Guarana is one of the ingredients and it is a caffeine substitute so that may be why.E) I have not tried the laxative cleanse tea, I am studying for a nursing exam and am afraid to waste study time in the bathroom, so I'm waiting until after the test to try it. My review is for the Teatox only.F) my overall review for the teatox is, I enjoy the taste, I like the physical results I'm experiencing, and I plan to buy more when I run out.

good tea tastes great and gets rid of hunger all day at least for me i'm not thinking about food once i take it i'm satisfied and the night tea helps me fall asleep better.
