Queue, Inc. Reading Comprehension Grade 7

These are short essays followed by questions regarding content and then a question requiring a written essay about the reading. This is just what we were looking for to help our kids with reading comprehension. I highly recommend this book. It has a simple and straightforward model that others should follow. The essays were OK. They could be better, but they were OK. Many of the essays were very good, but others were just OK.However, the essays accomplished the purpose. Had the essays all been excellent or very good, I would give the book five stars. I realize it is difficult to find a large number of excellent essays that work in this context. But that is the job of the author. In general, this book has been very useful to us.
