Great product. Been using for 10 years and my dr recommended it. I take it with a thyroid glandular supplement that is thyroxin free from Swansons (not sold on Amazon). Also take with selenium E. The 3 together after 90 days works great

Did not work for me
I do have a thyroid issue that cause me to gain and loose weight and the strangest time.While this did not work for me it sent my thyroid out of wack just a day after taking it.Started to notice my lips were going black by the next day and knew this was the only thing I recently added to my vitamin regimen (centrum silver)Took about a week for my lips to go back to normal. Just told coworkers I cut my lip as not to scare them.

Supplement contents looked more yellow than normal.
I'm concerned that my product arrived with capsules appearing yellowed, does that mean they are old? Or stored improperly making them less affective? It doesn't expire for another year and a half.
