GREAT Book

Informative. It is not a book one might refer to frequently, but it is great for someone considering any of these options. I'm glad I picked it up used.

I work in a library so I know that this is pretty good condition for it, but it does have everything (but the prices) that you'll need to know about the different surgeries to undergo and what you need to do to prepare
